All CANADIAN orders are shipped through SHIPPING CHIMP or CANADA POST. Complete orders are shipped within 48 hours and will arrive within 3-7 business days, depending on distance from Toronto. Orders that include pre-orders or stock that is currently in-transit are held back.

*Qualify for FREE STANDARD SHIPPING with these minimum order values. This excludes vinyl box sets, turntables and speakers. Pop Music is unable to offer this service to customers who use PO Boxes or reside in rural or remote areas. Please choose CANADA POST at checkout instead.

US/ INTERNATIONAL ORDERS are shipped via CANADA POST

  • These orders are non-refundable. Items cannot be returned to us.
  • All packages are insured up to a maximum value of $100 CDN.
  • Any duties / tariffs must be paid for by the customer upon delivery, if not pre-paid.

HOW WE SHIP:

Pop Music created custom-made record mailers that offer superior protection over traditional square boxes. Records are padded with bubble wrap to reduce friction while in transit. These mailers have a 1" bumper on each end that can withstand most mishandling.

Despite our best efforts, minor sleeve damage can occur during transit. All Canadian orders are insured automatically up to $100. There's a simple claims process with each of our carriers, if your package arrives damaged. Cases are typically resolved within 7-21 business days.

To reduce our carbon-footprint, all local delivery orders shipping via TREXITY are packaged in repurposed boxes that record companies use to ship us vinyl.

 

 

Pay attention to all courier communications. Ensure the package can be received at the shipping address during normal business hours, otherwise it may be left unattended. Pop Music is not responsible for missing or stolen packages.

  • Claims for missing or stolen packages can be made through shipping service.
  • Order discrepancies must be reported to us within 48hrs to be considered valid.
  • Unclaimed in-store pick up orders are deemed abandoned and non-refundable after 60 days.

OUT OF STOCK ITEMS

Pop Music encourages fans to sign up for restock notifications on albums that are currently out-of-stock. Hundreds of records are restocked weekly, completely dependent on what is available to ship from our distributors.

RETURNS / EXCHANGES

All online purchases can be refunded or exchanged at our retail store within 30 days from ship date or can be returned via mail. Non-defective items must be returned in a fully resalable condition, unopened and in the original packaging with tags attached.
