IN-STORE PICK UP orders are ready within just a few hours and can be picked up anytime within store operating hours and are held up to 7 days.

TORONTO-area customers can now choose SAME DAY DELIVERY from TREXITY when orders are placed before 1PM. Most deliveries are completed by 6PM. The driver will communicate via SMS within 30 mins of arrival. You should be available to receive the package directly, otherwise there is a risk of theft, which is your responsibility.

Qualify for FREE SHIPPING! These orders ship within 2 business days, depending on volume of orders in the queue. We are unable to offer complimentary shipping to Yukon, Northwest Territories and Nunavut. This offer is suspended during sale events.

We are unable to provide return shipping labels outside of Canada, preventing us from getting the product back at a reasonable expense.



Pop Music uses two unique custom-made record mailers that offer superior protection over traditional square boxes. We also pad the records with bubble wrap to reduce friction while in transit. These mailers have a 1" bumper on each end that can withstand most mishandling.

To reduce our carbon impact, we repurpose vinyl shipping boxes from our distributors for all Same Day Delivery orders.

Despite our best efforts, minor sleeve damage can occur during transit. All Canadian orders are insured automatically. There's a simple claims process with Canada Post, if your package arrives damaged. This can take up to 21 business days to resolve.



Canada Post is not permitted to safe drop any of our packages due to our security concerns. Please ensure the package can be received at the shipping address during normal business hours, otherwise it may need to be retrieved at your local post office.


  • We are not responsible for stolen packages. Claims can be made through Canada Post.
  • Any order discrepancies must be reported with 48hrs to be considered valid.


Pop Music only ships complete orders unless exceptions are made due to uncontrollable circumstances. Unless all products are available to immediately ship, the order is held under the remaining titles become available. Pre-orders are a great example.

We do not refund shipping fees on any packages returned to us that were addressed incorrectly based on the information provided by the customer. There is a minimum restocking fee of $10 (plus applicable taxes) to cover the return to sender fees.



Pop Music encourages fans to sign up for restock notifications on albums that are currently out-of-stock. Hundreds of records are restocked weekly, completely dependent on what is available to ship from our distributors.

All online purchases can be refunded or exchanged at our retail store within 30 days from ship date. Otherwise use return shipping address below.

Customers are responsible for their own return shipping costs unless the item is defective. We do not send replacements. Refunds for the defective product are authorized once the item is received and we can verify the issue. Please contact us to be issued a return shipping label.

When returning an item, please include a copy of the original order invoice. Non-defective items must be returned in a fully resalable condition, unopened and in the original packaging with tags attached.

Colour variants on vinyl records may not always match the mock up pictures that we present. This includes inconsistencies with streaks, tone, splatters and blends. For verification, use the published UPC to match your needs.
