Celebrate the 40th anniversary of Todd Rundgren’s groundbreaking 1985 debut for Warner Records! The album returns to vinyl for the first time since its original release for RSD Black Friday. Rundgren employed overdubbing techniques and an E-mu Emulator (an early sampler), electronically manipulating the sound of his voice to mimic conventional rock instruments, handclaps, and other sounds. Entirely vocal-driven, it stands as one of his most unique works.

This reissue marks a pivotal moment in Rundgren’s career before his solo hiatus. The album is mastered for vinyl from the original analog stereo tapes by Joe Nino-Hernes at Sterling Mastering.
