Four-Calendar Café is the most conventional album ever made by the Cocteau Twins. It contains a very laid back style of dream pop and Liz Fraser sings mostly in intelligible English. This is the band at their most relaxed. The band's seventh album, originally released in 1993, features the singles "Evangeline" and "Bluebeard".
This vinyl edition produced by 4AD in 2024. US Import. For the Four-Calendar Café and Milk & Kisses reissues, Robin Guthrie returned to his original studio mixes and has delivered stunning, brand-new 24-bit masters of both titles.
