The Very Best of Deee-Lite is a celebration of one of the most original groups of the early ’90s. Most known for the classic “Groove Is In The Heart”, Deee-Lite were never about pop hits, but to move the floor, mind and heart by taking one on a full album journey. This collection pulls together twenty favorites from all three of their albums (from 1990-1993) where they mix analogue with tech, ‘60s beatnik with futuristic electronic, funk and jazz with breakbeat and house, a sense of humor with a deeper message.

This dancefloor diversity shows on tracks like “Good Beat”, “What Is Love?”, “Power of Love”, "Apple Juice Kissing", and "Somebody". They carried an uplifting message and their live shows were just as exciting, often featuring a full band and frequent guests like Bootsy Collins and Maceo Parker.
