Sir Taegen Harris aka Love Spells is ready to cast a spell on you with his highly anticipated debut album Love Is The Law. The album is reminiscent of his nights spent at Numbers, a beloved dance club and long-standing safe haven for alternative communities in Houston, TX. There, he would dance to ‘70s, ‘80s and New Wave, yearning to create an album that reflected the sentiment of those eras and sought out similar spaces in LA as a source of inspiration.

“Our lives revolve around love, it governs nearly every aspect of human life,” Harris says of the record. “‘LOVE IS THE LAW’ is a grand declaration, it’s in your face and there’s nothing to hide. The album title means exactly what it says – to hold love above everything else. That message is something I’ll declare for the rest of my life.” Highlights include singles "Don't Touch", "Maybe I Still Love You", and "Crutch".
