Morphine - Good (Rocktober 2025) [Forest Green Vinyl]

Morphine's debut album Good was released originally in 1992. Their sound was unusual in terms of 90s alternative rock, and while it was the alternative crowd who immediately latched onto Morphine, their music was geared more toward the jazz scene – a wailing saxophone, lead bass (played with a slide), and lyrics influenced by '50s beat poetry were all-important ingredients.

Highlights include "You Look Like Rain", "The Saddest Song", and "Good".
