Omara Portunodo - Eternamente Omara

Eternamente Omara is the new album by 94 year-old Cuban singer and dancer Omara Portuondo. One of the great divas of Cuban music and an essential figure in the history of Latin American music in the 20th and 21st centuries, Portuondo was born in Havana in 1930. Her artistic career spans more than 75 years, from her first steps in the legendary Tropicana cabaret to the most prestigious stages in the world. Working in the genre known as "the filin's girlfriend," she has been a fundamental voice in its evolution, combining the emotional depth of the bolero with the harmonies of jazz and Cuban song.

Portuondo's new album includes collaborations with artists such as Nathy Peluso, Silvio Rodríguez, Pablo López, and Angelique Kidjo.
