Primus' 1989 live album, Suck On This also happens to be band's debut album and features the line-up of Les Claypool, Tim Alexander, and Larry LaLonde. Recorded at Berkeley Square in Berkeley, California on February 25, 1989 and March 5, 1989, the album is considered a pioneering work in the alternative metal and nu-metal genres. Suck on This exists today as a document of the wild-eyed vision and cartoonish grooves that Primus emanated from the jump.
Limited Edition COLBALT BLUE vinyl produced by Prawn Song in 2022. This was originally offered to fans as part of Record Store Day 2021. Remastered from the original source tapes.
