Siouxsie & The Banshees - The Scream (Half-Speed Master)

Siouxsie And The Banshees released their landmark debut album, The Scream, in 1978. Its innovative combination of angular guitar, bass-led rhythm, and machine-like drums (played mostly on toms), made it  a pioneering work of the post-punk genre. The album has been cited as influencing everyone from David Bowie to Everything But The Girl, to PJ Harvey.

Highlights include, "Overground", "Helter Skelter" and "Metal Postcard".

Heavyweight vinyl cut at Half-Speed at Abbey Road Studios. Produced by Polydor in 2023.
