Chemical Brothers - Exit Planet Dust

Exit Planet Dust is the 1995 debut studio album by English electronic music duo The Chemical Brothers. For years before the release of Exit Planet Dust, the production duo of Tom Rowlands and Ed Simons were part of the U.K. label "Junior Boys' Own". They released rock infused dance tracks with "Chemical Beats" and "Song to the Siren". Their distorted beats and rock mentality were years ahead of their time. On Exit Planet Dust, the singles that established the trademark Chemical Brothers sound are present, as are explorations of pop-song forms with vocalists Beth Orton on "Alive Alone" and Tim Burgess on "Life Is Sweet".
