Red Hot's raise awareness and money to fight AIDS/HIV as well as other related health and social issues. The record features Johnny Cash, Dolly Parton, Willie Nelson, Waylon Jennings, Brooks & Dunn, Wilco, Billy Ray Cyrus, Carl Perkins, Nanci Griffith and more. This is the first time ever the release will be released on vinyl and has been remastered in 2024.

This vinyl edition was produced by Red Hot Organization in 2025.
