Aretha Franklin - Yeah!!! (Music On Vinyl) [Purple Vinyl]

Aretha Franklin's 1965 album Yeah!!! was recorded live at New York's Columbia Studios and produced by Clyde Otis. Highlights include "Misty", "If I Had a Hammer" and "There Is No Greater Love" amongst others. This was Aretha's seventh studio album.

Although Aretha Franklin is known for her larger than life soulful R&B vocals, this album sees her at her jazziest. If she had wanted to concentrate on this one area of her talent, she would still be ruling it. Despite the overdubbed sounds of audience murmurs, the album is not a live album.

Limited Edition heavyweight audiophile PURPLE vinyl produced by Music On Vinyl for Columbia Records in 2022. Only 2000 individually-numbered copies worldwide.
