Madvillain - Madvillain: Four Tet Remixes

Usually the only person to remix Madlib records is Madlib. However after the massive success of MF DOOM and Madlib's 2004 album Madvillainy, Stones Throw proposed having producers not normally associated with either artist to remix some the track for the European market. These Four Tet remixes were produced by Kieren Hebden. Originally released 2005, Madvillain: Four Tet Remixes has been out-of-print on vinyl for many years.

One of the highlights from this release is "Rhinestone Cowboy", which is a DOOM X Four Tet collaboration. MF DOOM took an interlude from Four Tet's remixes, looped it and added a new beat with a re-recorded vocal.

Heavyweight vinyl produced by Stones Throw Records in 2017. This edition feature the 8-bit cover design made specifically for record stores worldwide. There's also an exclusive comic book cover design that was created for the label's own release.
