Nina Simone - In Concert

In Concert is Nina Simone's first album with Philips and is made up of three live recordings at Carnegie Hall in New York City in March and April of 1964. This album marks the beginning of "Nina Simone, the Civil Rights singer" in her recording career. 

Included on the album are politically laden songs, most notably the self-written "Mississippi Goddam" which was released as a single at the time.

Heavyweight vinyl produced by Verve Records in 2016.
