Electric Light Orchestra, led by Jeff Flynn, released their masterpiece 'Out Of The Blue' in 1977. The ambitious double album remains one of the most definitive records released that decade. It features classics like "Turn To Stone" and "Mr. Blue Sky". The third side of the record features Concerto For A Rainy Day, a 4-track suite based on the weather and it's affects on mood changes.
