The Boo Radleys - Wake Up! (30th Anniversary)

Celebrate the 30th anniversary of The Boo Radleys 1995 album Wake Up! Although their previous albums received critical acclaim, this was the album which opened the doors to a much bigger audience. One of the factors was the release of the sunny Britpop Top 10 single "Wake Up Boo!". It became their biggest hit internationally and it was the most-played song on the UK radio in 1995. The second and third single, "Find The Answer Within" and "It’s Lulu", also charted in the UK Top 40. 

Their mastery of pure pop (with obvious ‘60s influences), taking in psychedelia, close harmonies, big choruses, acoustic material and more was fully displayed. As Allmusic.com put it: “The Boo Radleys were always a band with ambitions. The only difference with Wake Up! is that they finally fulfilled them.

This vinyl edition was produced by Columbia Records in 2025.
