Falling somewhere between Fairport Convention, Steeleye Span, Anne Briggs, and Sandy Denny, Saskatchewan's Kacy and Clayton make the kind of folk music that sounds as if it's been drawn from a stack of dusty old LPs that have been on the shelf since 1971. Their fourth record, the Jeff Tweedy produced Siren's Song, is a sublime trip filled with mournful vocals and, impressive pedal steel work.
